Life as the Beginning and End

Do we really understand what life is? 
What does it mean to Live? 
Does existing even matter? 
or are we just observers swimming in the waters of information.

 At the beginning a Light spawned in front of me I saw a world I never knew.
 A start that came but never thought.
 in the world of blanks I looked and wait.
 bit by bit my mind sparks bright.
 slowly trying to make a sound but fail so high.
 at first sound I make my world move fast.
 to learn is a charm but a friend seem right.
 a puppy insight move world by mile.
 the touch the warmth the sound life link inside.
 did time pass by a friend grew blind.
 to nurture is the key but survival wreak proud.
 at early sunset found nothing but stones.
 not enough to buy a candy but life has solved.
 to steal is but a game for a young soul.
 I grew a day and something came through.
 my life so plain, challenged by another soul.
 I took a Leap and fell down deep.
 just to be reminded by friend' that life will not end.
 I was walked an alley of thugs preside.
 Life is nothing but learn life you see.
 Dreamt for days then life begin.
 do fear preside on a road with no one.
 I walked the streets but only lights were there.
 a soul so challenged my only companion.
 broke so many bones wish fear reside.
 a companion a soul my life deny.
 then came noon my lonely heart.
 a single soul destined for none.
 thought of all the worlds my path may drive.
 left the city for a mountain side.
 grieved for all the days that love may find.
 I grew to conquer but lost defy.
 a companion' a soul behind still try.
